The ready-to-cook pennette with zucchini and saffron is a perfect solution for those who want to prepare a gourmet recipe with not many difficulties.

All the ingredients are 100% natural and the method of preparation is very simple, leaving enough space to add a personal touch, if you want.

Therefore, the pennette with zucchini and saffron can also become a dish for a more sophisticated dinner as well as for an everyday lunch.

PREPARATION: in a nonstick pan or pot, bring to boil 700ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put the contents of the packet into the pot, cover it and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt, add EVO oil, and let stand 1 minute before serving.

SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 glass of white wine while cooking and 6 shrimp tails chopped into small pieces just before serving.

WINE-PAIRING: medium-bodied white wines.
