The risotto "Toscana" is easy to prepare and can be ready in a few minutes. All you need to do is pour the contents of the package into the boiling water and let it cook for 18 minutes.
Once cooked, the risotto "Toscana" with spinach and onion has a rich and creamy taste that you can enrich, if you want it, with your personal touch: try it with 2 tablespoons of gorgonzola to have a first course like a real chef.
PREPARATION: in a non-stick pan or a pot bring to a boil 750ml of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour the contents of the packet into it. Put the lid on and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce creamy. Season to taste with salt, add extra virgin olive oil and let it stand 1 minute before serving.
