Porcini mushroom risotto is an extremely tasty recipe but requires top quality ingredients.
For this reason we have selected and mixed only 100% natural ingredients to prepare this delicious porcini mushroom risotto. Everything is already ready for cooking and there is no need to add other ingredients.
To prepare the risotto, simply pour the contents of the package into a pan with boiling water and cook for 18 minutes. In this way you will obtain a creamy and fragrant risotto, which you can also enrich with your personal touch to amaze everyone with a truly gourmet dish!
PREPARATION : in a non-stick pan or saucepan, bring 750ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE CREAMY. Add salt to taste, let it rest for 1 minute and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of warm water to mix before serving with the truffle oil and a knob of butter.
TIPS : Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. Cook like a classic risotto, adding water little at a time. Add 2 anchovy fillets during cooking.
WINE PAIRING : Sangiovese di Romagna DOC or other light red wines.
