The vegan stew with NO-GMO soy morsels, porcini mushrooms and potatoes is a handy, quick and tasty solution to prepare a delicious vegan dinner.

It is a 100% natural ready-to-cook dish with no added fat that can be prepared in just a few minutes in one pot or in the microwave, making it perfect even in the office.

The packet contains all the necessary ingredients, you just need to follow the very simple instructions to prepare a delicious meal!

The soy is a source of plant protein that provides all the essential nutrients that our bodies need, while the porcini mushrooms and potatoes make the dish rich in flavor and fiber.

PREPARATION: bring to boil 650 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the packet contents, cover and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

MICROWAVE: Put the contents of the packet in a bowl, add 600ml water and 2 tablespoons oil cook on medium power (750 w) for 12 minutes.

SUGGESTIONS: add your favorite carbohydrate and fresh vegetables for a perfectly balanced recipe.

WINE-PAIRING: red wines.

INGREDIENTS: soy (textured soy flour) 54.5%, potato flakes 29%, broth (iodized salt: 45.8%, soy and corn protein extract for broth 29%, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, potato, tomato): 19%, corn seed oil), porcini mushrooms 4.8%, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary.
