DESCRIPTION

Soup “Crapiata” is not only a delicious and nutritious dish, but also a proof of the rich culinary heritage of the Basilicata region, as it reflects the flavors and traditions of this wonderful place. It is a soup of legumes of the peasant tradition, prepared with spelt, beans, broad beans, potatoes and peas.


PREPARATION

1) Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a non-stick pan.

2) Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on low heat for 60 minutes or more.

3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil and chopped fresh parsley.

SUGGESTIONS

Serve with toasted bread crostini rubbed with a clove of garlic and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.
