Spaghetti all’Assassina are more than just a dish, they are a ritual born in the streets of Bari. The pasta is immersed in a spicy tomato sauce and cooked directly in the pan until it turns crispy and slightly charred, releasing aromas that speak of Southern passion.

Every bite is a journey through Apulian tradition, bold and enveloping, made to surprise anyone who loves intense flavors. And for those who dare to go further, a drizzle of chili-infused oil adds the final fiery touch, turning the recipe into an unforgettable experience.

PREPARATION

1) Bring 600 ml of water to a boil in a non-stick pan.
2) Pour the contents of the package, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3) Season with plenty of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the spaghetti in the pan until completely dry and crispy.
