Bronze - spun linguine with Genovese - style basil pesto , prepared with 100 % natural ingredients , is a gourmet first course ready to cook in just a few minutes .

The flavor of the Genovese basil pesto goes perfectly with the bronze-drawn linguine. The result is a unique dish, tasty and above all very simple to prepare.

All the ingredients are contained in a single package and you will not need to add any other ingredients other than extra virgin olive oil and, if you like, grated Parmesan.

This recipe is suitable for everyone, even vegans, as it does not contain any animal derivatives, not even cheese.

PREPARATION : bring 700ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil in a non-stick pan or pot.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE CREAMY. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let rest 1 minute before serving.

TIPS : season with extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan before serving.

WINE PAIRING : Brindisi Rosato DOC or medium-bodied rosé wine.
