Simple Preparation for Maximum Flavor

PREPARATION:

  1. In a non-stick pot, bring 650ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil.
  2. Add entire packet contents, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add more water if needed.
  4. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Season to taste with salt, add a drizzle of olive oil, and let it rest 1 minute before serving.

CHEF'S TIPS: Enhance your easy arrabbiata sauce by adding 1/4 cup white wine to the cooking water. For extra depth, incorporate 4 anchovy fillets during cooking and serve with oven-toasted breadcrumbs.

Good if you like spicy pasta. Easy to prepare. Just add meat to make this a meal. Could also add other ingredients of your choosing.
