Discover all the flavor of the artichoke contained in our risotto. We prepared it just like you would: with lots of love and only natural ingredients.

The perfect cooking, the aroma and flavor of the artichoke will surprise even the most demanding palates and you will discover a perfect dish for any occasion from a light lunch to dinner with friends simply by adding your touch as a true chef or following the suggestions on the label to transform it into a gourmet dish.

PREPARATION : in a non-stick pan or pot, bring 700 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE CREAMY. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let rest 1 minute before serving.

TIPS : cook like a classic risotto, adding water little at a time. Manteca with 80g of diced cooked ham sautéed in a pan, grated Pecorino and black pepper.

WINE PAIRING : Brindisi Rosato DOC or medium-bodied rosé wine.
