DESCRIPTION
Our penne all’Arrabbiata tell the lively story of Roman cuisine, born in the city’s trattorias and made famous by the blend of fresh tomatoes and spicy chili. A simple yet bold dish that releases warmth and passion with every bite.
PREPARATION
1) Bring 650 ml of water to a boil in a non-stick pan.
2) Pour the contents of the package, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil.
SUGGESTIONS
Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. While cooking, add 4 anchovy fillets in oil and serve with breadcrumbs toasted in the oven or pan.
