Our lemon cavatelli are prepared with lemon Italian durum wheat semolina, without the addition of colorings or other chemical additives.
The lemon aroma gives the cavatelli a delicate flavor that goes perfectly with condiments and sauces based on fish and shellfish, preferably plain or with the addition of a few cherry tomatoes or even with vegetables such as broccoli or zucchini.
