DESCRIPTION

Tiberino's Vegan Linguine "Alfredo" are a modern and tasty reinterpretation of a classic Italian cuisine, perfect for those following a vegan diet . Quick and easy to prepare, they are ready in just 12 minutes , offering an authentic gastronomic experience in a short time . A symbolic dish of Italianness abroad, Tiberino's Vegan Linguine "Alfredo" are ideal for those looking for an excellent solution for a healthy and tasty meal.

PREPARATION : in a non-stick pan or saucepan, bring 600 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let stand 1 minute before serving.

TIPS : Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the boiling water.

WINE PAIRING : red wines.

INGREDIENTS : pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, water) 80%, dry yeast, deactivated, chickpea flour, salt. May contain traces of: other cereals containing GLUTEN, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, SOY, TUNA, CELERY, MUSTARD, CUTTLEFISH, EGGS. Does not contain added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
