DESCRIPTION
Penne "Amalfi " with orange and fennel is a simple and tasty dish , with all the aroma of the Amalfi Coast, perfect for a quick dinner or an informal lunch . And now it is even easier to prepare this first course , thanks to our ready - to - cook " Amalfi " penne. This product is 100 % natural, with no preservatives or artificial additives, and all the ingredients needed to prepare it are included in the same package, so all you have to do is follow the 3 simple steps indicated on the label to prepare a first course worthy of a chef!
PREPARATION : In a non-stick pan or pot, bring 650ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil. Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
TIPS : Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. While cooking add 4 anchovy fillets in oil and serve with breadcrumbs toasted in the oven or in a pan.
