DESCRIPTION

Here is another classic of Italian cuisine: asparagus risotto! Prepared as per tradition with superfine Carnaroli rice and green asparagus.

Preparation : cook like a classic risotto, adding water or broth a little at a time, or bring 3/4 litre of water to the boil with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, pour in the contents of the bag, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the water is almost completely absorbed.

Suggestions : mix it with butter, parmesan and parsley.

Pairings : Genazzano Bianco DOC or light white wine.

Ingredients : Carnaroli rice, green asparagus, leeks, natural aromatic herbs, vegetable broth without glutamate.
