Classic Vegetable Minestrone with Veggies, Legumes and Tubettini Pasta

1) In a non-stick pan or pot, bring 1 liter of water to the boil with 4 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

2) Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3) Season with salt and serve with a drizzle of spicy oil to taste.
