PREPARATION
1) In a non-stick pan, bring 750 ml of water to a boil with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
2) Pour in the contents of the sachet, cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water is almost completely absorbed and the risotto is creamy. Add 1 ladle of boiling water for a less al dente cooking.
3) Season with salt, let rest for 1 minute and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of warm water to mix.
