DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION
1) Bring 650 ml of water to the boil.
2) Pour the contents of the package, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil.
TIPS
While cooking, add 4 anchovy fillets in oil and serve with toasted breadcrumbs.

I like the convenience of this product. I use less oil than it calls for, but for added flavor and texture, I add some arribiata sauce and sautéed vegetables.

I'm trying all of the Tiberino products. This one is our favorite so far. It's attractive when plated and makes the meal a "wow" meal. I would serve this to guests. No picture to show you we gobbled it up.
