DESCRIPTION

A dish that tells the genuine tradition of Puglia. Our soup combines carefully selected legumes with natural aromas, creating a rich and enveloping flavor. A recipe that brings to the table the warmth of home cooking and the passion for the gastronomic history of Southern Italy.

PREPARATION

1) In a non-stick pan, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
2) Pour in the contents of the package, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 12 minutes, adding more water if necessary.
3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil and grated cheese.

SUGGESTIONS

Serve with 4 slices of toasted bread seasoned with salt, pecorino cheese, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Arrange the bread slices at the bottom of the bowl before plating.
