DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION
1) Soak the contents of the bag in warm water overnight with a pinch of bicarbonate of soda
2) the next day change the water, add celery stalks, cherry tomatoes, bay leaves, a few cloves of garlic and cook on low heat for about 2 hours or more if necessary
3) Season with salt at the end of cooking and season with strong extra virgin olive oil
TIPS
Serve with 4 slices of toasted bread and season with salt, pecorino, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Arrange the bread slices on the bottom of the bowl before plating.
