DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the medieval cuisine of the lands of Frederick II, this farro and vegetable soup combines simplicity and authentic flavor. Genuine and selected ingredients transform into a rich and enveloping dish, capable of telling a story of tradition and offering the taste of history every day.
PREPARATION
1) Bring 850 ml of water to a boil with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
2) Pour in the contents of the packet, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.
3) Continue cooking until the water is almost completely absorbed.
SUGGESTIONS
Serve with 4 slices of toasted bread seasoned with salt, pecorino cheese, pepper, and oil.
