The couscous with Tiberino porcini mushrooms is ready to be cooked in just a few minutes without having to add other ingredients: just boil the water and pour in the contents of the package to serve a tasty and 100% natural dish.

You can always add your personal touch to serve a truly unique dish. For example, try adding a knob of butter and some grated Parmesan to serve it like a risotto: it will be a real success!

PREPARATION : bring 550 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes and serve.

TIPS : Add 1/4 cup white wine to the boiling water. Add a crumbled sausage and a handful of walnuts during cooking.

WINE PAIRING : Cabernet Sauvignon or still, medium-bodied red wine
