Our porcini mushrooms couscous  is a ready-to-cook food that can be prepared in just a few minutes, with no need to add other ingredients! You will simply boil the water and pour the package contents into a saucepan for serving a tasty and 100% natural recipe. 

You can always add your own personal touch to serve a very unique plate. For example, you can try it by adding a dab of butter and some grated Parmesan cheese in order to serve it as if it were a risotto: it will be a real success!

PREPARATION: bring to boil 550 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour the contents of the package into a saucepan. Then cover it with a lid and cook for at least 5 minutes. Turn off the stove and let the couscous rest for a few minutes before serving it.

TIPS: add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Then add a crumbled sausage and a handful of walnuts during cooking.

WINE-PAIRING: still, medium-bodied red wines.

INGREDIENTS: couscous (durum wheat semolina, water) 88.5%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 4.7%, vegetable broth (salt, soy and corn vegetable protein broth extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), garlic, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, leek, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. It may contain traces of gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, celery, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
