Ready-to-cook Pennette with Courgettes and Saffron are an excellent solution for those who want to prepare a gourmet recipe without too many complications.

All the ingredients are 100% natural and the preparation is very simple, leaving room for the addition, if desired, of a personal touch.

The courgette and saffron pennette can therefore also become a course for a more refined dinner as well as for an everyday lunch.

PREPARATION : bring 700ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil in a non-stick pan or pot.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE CREAMY. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let rest 1 minute before serving.

TIPS : Add 1/4 glass of white wine during cooking and 6 prawn tails chopped into small pieces, just before serving.

WINE PAIRING : Sauvignon or other medium-bodied white wine.
