The vegetables diced and seasoned with garlic and onion are combined in a traditional Sicilian recipe which is especially popular in the western part of the island. Dive into the taste and aroma of a simple and light recipe. All you need to prepare a perfect side dish in a few minutes is inside the package. The only thing not included are the chemical additives! It is also perfect as a base for a single course meal with the simple addition of your favorite protein. Try it with cheese cubes for a vegetarian alternative!

PREPARATION: bring to boil 550 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put into the pot the packet ingredients, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove, let stand for a few minutes and serve.

TIPS: Add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Add 1/2 teaspoon of wine vinegar and serve with 100g cubes of swordfish sautéed with sesame seeds.

WINE-PAIRING : Cabernet Sauvignon or still, medium-bodied red wine.

INGREDIENTS: Couscous (durum wheat semolina, water) 82%, mix of vegetables 10% (aubergines, courgette, celery, onion, carrot, tomato, potatoes, leek, garlic), vegetable broth (salt, extract for vegetable protein broth of soy and corn, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), tomato, capers, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. It may contain traces of gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, celery, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
