The vegetable soup with spelt is a real treat, rich in flavor and very easy to prepare because all the ingredients, which are 100% natural, are already dosed and mixed in one packet, ready to be cooked in just a few minutes in one pot.

The vegetable soup with spelt is a tasty, healthy and nourishing recipe. In fact, spelt is rich in complex carbohydrates, and the vegetables provide a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is also a low-fat recipe with no animal derivatives, making it an ideal food for those who want to have a healthy, balanced diet.

PREPARATION: in a frying pan or nonstick pot, bring to boil 1 liter/litre of water and 4 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put into the pot the packet ingredients, cover with a lid and cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt, add extra virgin olive oil and let stand 1 minute just before serving.

TIPS: add 50g of smoked bacon while cooking and serve with 4 slices of toasted bread seasoned with salt, Pecorino cheese, pepper and oil.

WINE-PAIRING: "Nero di Troia" red wine or other red wines.

INGREDIENTS: spelt 82%, mix of vegetables 10% (aubergines, courgettes, celery, onion, carrot, tomato, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), potatoes, leek, garlic), vegetable broth (salt, soy and corn protein extraction for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), white beans, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. It may contain traces of other cereals including gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, soy, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
