DESCRIPTION

A classic Italian dish, simple yet packed with flavor: Spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper. The intensity of garlic, the fragrance of extra virgin olive oil, and the spicy touch of chili pepper combine to create an irresistible first course.

PREPARATION

1) Bring 650 ml of water to the boil in a non-stick pan.
2) Pour in the contents of the packet, cover and cook over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil.

SUGGESTIONS

Add 3 anchovy fillets and 4 cherry tomatoes during cooking, serve with breadcrumbs toasted in a pan.
