DESCRIPTION

Un grande classico della tradizione italiana, semplice ma ricco di sapore: gli Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. L’intensità dell’aglio, la fragranza dell’olio extravergine d’oliva e il tocco piccante del peperoncino si uniscono per creare un primo piatto irresistibile.

PREPARATION

1) Bring 650 ml of water to the boil in a non-stick pan.
2) Pour in the contents of the packet, cover and cook over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3) Serve with extra virgin olive oil.

SUGGESTIONS

Add 3 anchovy fillets and 4 cherry tomatoes during cooking, serve with breadcrumbs toasted in a pan.

Pasta (durum wheat semolina, 4% tomato if red, 3% spinach if green) 95%, garlic 2.5%, salt, chilli pepper 0.5%, extra virgin olive oil. May contain traces of: other cereals containing GLUTEN, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, CELERY, SOYA, TUNA, MUSTARD, CUTTLEFISH, EGGS. Does not contain added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Made with dehydrated ingredients. Pasta origin: Italy.
