Extra virgin olive oil is the basis of Apulian cuisine but only when it is really good and produced with the best olives according to tradition.

There are many varieties of olives with which many extra virgin oils are produced. Our one is made with the perfect blend of more varieties of olives, rigorously harvested in Puglia, that originate its intense but not spicy taste, making it perfect for any dish.

With extra virgin olive oil we also prepare our premium white truffle seasoning in convenient 10ml single-dose pouches.
