  1. In a non-stick pot, bring 700ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil
  2. Add packet contents, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Add more water if necessary
  4. Remove lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and sauce is creamy
  5. Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let stand 1 minute before serving

CHEF'S TIPS: Enhance your traditional Trapani dish by adding 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Serve with extra virgin olive oil and grated cheese. Add a pinch of sugar to balance flavors.
