PREPARATION:
- In a non-stick pot, bring 700ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil.
- Add packet contents, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let stand 1 minute before serving.
- Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
