This is a great classic of the Italian cuisine: the "Minestrone" soup. For this recipe, which is ready to cook in a few minutes, we combined all the flavors of vegetables and legumes, exactly the way you like it!
We used only vegetable and 100% natural ingredients by adding a handful of “tubettini” pasta in order to give the perfect consistency to this recipe for a special soup.
The minestrone soup becomes a simple and quick recipe to prepare. In just 20 minutes and with no other ingredients needed, you will be able to create a healthy and balanced dinner while relaxing on the couch after a hard day's work.
PREPARATION: in a frying pan or nonstick pot, bring to boil 1 liter of water and 4 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour into the pot the packet ingredients. Then, cover it with a lid and cook over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt, and serve with chili oil.
TIPS: Add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Add 80 grams of diced smoked bacon when cooking.
WINE-PAIRING: still, medium-bodied red wines.
INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 33%, mix of vegetables 26% (aubergines, courgette, celery, onion, carrot, tomato, potatoes, leek, garlic), white beans 20%, red lentils, vegetable broth (iodized salt: 45.8%, soy and corn vegetable protein broth extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): 19%, corn seed oil), rice flour, extra virgin olive oil. It may contain traces of gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, celery, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.

We enjoyed the One-pot Minestrone. Reminded us of a recent trip to Italy. Very flavorful, hearty and filling.
This was the third product we have had from Tiberino and each one has been excellent! The ingredients are superior and the flavors match. The convience of having an entree in a matter of minutes that is so good and hearty just makes their products so exceptional. We like these products so much, that we order in batches and have them shipped from Italy to Washington State,
