Our porcini mushrooms couscous  is a ready-to-cook food that can be prepared in just a few minutes with no need to add other ingredients: you will simply boil the water and pour the package contents for serving a tasty and 100% natural recipe. 

You can always add your own personal touch to serve a very unique plate. For example, you can try it by adding a dab of butter and some grated Parmesan cheese in order to serve it as if it were a risotto: it will be a real success!

PREPARATION: bring to boil 550 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes and serve.

TIPS : Add 1/4 cup white wine to the boiling water. Add a crumbled sausage and a handful of walnuts during cooking.

WINE-PAIRING : Cabernet Sauvignon or still, medium-bodied red wine
