  4. Add more water if necessary
  5. Remove lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and sauce is creamy
  6. Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let rest 1 minute before serving

This pasta is so good! I make the blue zone Mediterranean minestrone and use this as the pasta ingredient and am so glad I found it bc it is so tasty and satisfying!! I am going to incorporate it into other dishes. It’s toasted and so hearty. Just buy it. You’ll see.
