PREPARATION:

  1. In a non-stick pot, bring 700ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil.
  2. Add packet contents, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add more water if necessary.
  4. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let rest 1 minute before serving.

CHEF'S TIPS: Enhance your easy Italian pasta by adding 1/4 glass of white wine to the water. During cooking, add 4 anchovy fillets, and before serving, top with cubed mozzarella for a non-vegan variation.
