Orecchiette Baresi with plant based Bolognese

Orecchiette have always been the culinary flag of Puglia and in particular of the city of Bari, our city. With this recipe we have combined tradition and innovation. Orecchiette with vegan soy-based ragù is an excellent alternative for those who follow a diet free of animal proteins. A new recipe with an ancient taste that will make you fall in love!

All the ingredients are enclosed in a single package and preparing a gourmet first course, good and healthy because it is 100% natural, will be a game!

Follow the instructions on the label and in 10/12 minutes you will serve a dish like a true chef.

PREPARATION : in a non-stick pan or saucepan, bring 750ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
Pour the contents of the bag, cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE CREAMY. Season with salt, add EVO oil and let rest 1 minute before serving.

TIPS : Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. Serve accompanied with plenty of pecorino romano and black pepper.

WINE PAIRING : Primitivo or other robust red wines.
