The pennette pasta with porcini mushrooms made by Tiberino is the perfect mix of taste and convenience.

All the ingredients you need are already included in the packet: durum wheat semolina pennette pasta, dried porcini mushrooms and a carefully selected and expertly dosed mix of spices and natural flavorings.

The preparation is really simple, with only three steps to serve up a healthy and delicious first course.

PREPARATION: in a nonstick pan or pot, bring to boil 650ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put the contents of the packet into the pot, cover it with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed. Take the lid off and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let stand 1 minute before serving.

SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 glass of white wine to the water. Add a crumbled sausage and a handful of walnuts when cooking.

WINE-PAIRING: light-bodied red wines.

INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 90.5 %, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 4.7%, vegetable broth (salt, soybean and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), garlic, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, leek, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. It may contain traces of: other cereals including gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, tuna, mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
