The polenta is a nutritious and delicious dish to serve warm or cold, accompanied by fresh vegetables, legumes or fish, as well as it can be thinly sliced and grilled or fried until crispy.
PREPARATION: bring to boil 1 liter of water with 2 tablespoons of oil or butter.
Before the water begins to boil, carefully pour the contents of the packet, stirring without stopping until the polenta begins to come off the sides of the pot. Serve by smoothing out on a tray and letting it cool down for a few minutes.
SUGGESTIONS: season the polenta with 200 grams of butter and 200 grams of diced asiago cheese before serving.
