DESCRIPTION

A dish that captures the rich aromas of the forest and the tradition of Italian cuisine. Creamy rice blends with carefully selected porcini mushrooms, creating a perfect harmony of authentic flavor and simplicity. A recipe that reflects the passion and history of our culinary heritage.

PREPARATION

1) Bring 750 ml of water to the boil with 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2) Pour the contents of the bag, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more, until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy.
3) Season with salt, let it rest for 1 minute and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of warm water to mix before serving with truffle oil and a knob of butter.

TIPS

Add 1/4 cup of white wine to the water. Cook like a classic risotto, adding the water little by little. Add 2 anchovy fillets during cooking.

I've tried a number of these pastas and have never been disappointed. I do add a bit of sauce, like Aribiata to the mix for a smooth, saucy finish

I ordered this risotto 2 times in different flavors. both were delicious and easy to prepare, no constant stirring.I especially like the risotto with porcini mushrooms. I will definitely order more flavors. it is packaged in Italy.

I could not find this risotto. I had been able to find this at a local market, but it is no longer available there. This risotto (which comes in several different versions) is absolutely delicious. An Italian friend told me that she will no longer make her own risotto after having this at my home. Now she has ordered more for herself.
