DESCRIPTION
A dish that celebrates the authenticity of Italian peasant cuisine. Farro, an ancient grain with a rustic flavor, combines with fresh seasonal vegetables, creating a perfect balance of authentic taste and lightness. A recipe that brings the passion and history of Central Italian cuisine to your table.
PREPARATION
1) In a non-stick pan bring 1 liter of water to a boil with 4 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
2) Pour the contents of the sachet, cover and let boil for 20 minutes.
3) Add salt to taste and let it rest for 1 minute before serving with extra virgin olive oil.
SUGGESTIONS
Add 50g of smoked bacon during cooking and serve with 4 slices of toasted bread seasoned with salt, pecorino cheese, pepper and oil.
