A perfect recipe however you like: it's great as it is for a light meal, or used as ingredient for more complex food preparations (you can try it as filling for the "arancini") or as a side dish... it's up to you!
PREPARATION: bring to boil 550ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Put into the pot the packet ingredients, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove. Let stand for a few minutes and serve.
TIPS: add 1/4 glass of white wine to the boiling water. Before serving, add a tablespoon of Gorgonzola cheese and a handful of walnuts.
WINE-PAIRING: still, medium-bodied red wines.
